Case Study: Vashon Island Sauna

The Vashon Island Sauna is a custom installation designed to blend seamlessly into the natural surroundings while providing a functional and rejuvenating retreat. The project reflects the client’s vision of creating a wellness-focused sanctuary on their property, leveraging both modern design and minimal impact on the landscape.

Situated on Vashon Island, Washington, the preassembled sauna unit made its journey via two ferry crossings, arriving fully built and ready to connect to the property’s electrical system. In preparation for its arrival, the client had already completed an extended deck featuring a custom shower area and ambient lighting, transforming the space into a serene escape for relaxation and rejuvenation.
